“***** Well, where do I begin? I knew I wanted Stephanie to do my senior pictures when she had just started shooting seniors. After my mom booked her, I was excited. The excitement NEVER left. Hahah! Our first scheduled session didn’t go as planned because it decided to pour down. Stephanie immediately called and rescheduled for a Sunday, the day she does not work on! When I started looking for someone to take them and saw some of her photos on Facebook, my choice was obvious. Our first session that we planned did not work out due to rain, but Stephanie was very flexible and we rescheduled. The locations were out-of-the-box and awesome: The first was basically a run-down car lot, the second was a place she actually found on the side of the road and it was just a junky old house, and the last was a gray building. She portrayed me in the areas as if I were a supermodel and the junk looked beautiful! My family and I were stunned by the photos. “***** We (my daughter, grandson, and I) had our photo shoot on April 9, 2011. We drove all the way from Nashville, TN, but it was soooo worth it! I have known Stephanie since she was about 10 years old, and know what a great lady she is, but had NO idea what a super talented photographer she is!! To have used the locations we shot in (not naming them, but we were thinking “REALLY????”) and produce the amazing shots she did…it was almost magic!! Not to mention the fact that my lovable little munchkin was not very cooperative!! I was sure there wouldn’t be anything printable in her shots! BOY was I wrong! She kept right up with him and never missed a beat! When I first met her to start taking pictures, I was shy. But she made me feel comfortable after the first 5 minutes. “*****I think Facebook has made the photography business boom big time for a lot of artists. I’m so lucky Stephanie posted her work for me to see. We live a few houses down from one another and I had no clue she was taking pictures until around the time she posted my cousin’s engagement pictures (Joel & Ashley-check them out). Their engagement shoot was fabulous and I knew I had to have her for my upcom…ing life events. I contacted her for a maternity session with my second son last summer. The images she produced from that time are amazing. Absolutely gorgeous. A few of my maternity pictures made Facebook, but the majority were kept closed for my family only. Looking back now, I wish I would have shared all of them with the world. They were so precious. So perfect. We actually put together a queen size bed in the middle of a field for the shoot and walked away with no chiggar bites, too, might I add. Awesome! Stephanie captured my newborn son’s sweet little self nine days after I gave birth. He was wide awake and so curious. She wrapped him up and made him look heavenly for the session. I pretty much asked her to be my family’s photgrapher after that. My boys grew a little and we planned another morning of pictures in the Spring (The Red Dress). Stephanie gave me exactly what I wanted. I have portraits of my children and I in a beautiful field wearing a beautiful gown. The images she delivered are, by far, more dear to me than any piece of jewelry or clothing. All of my sessions have been a good investment. And I look so forward to asking her to be there for more special times for my little family!! Stephanie is a genius with her camera and makes it look so effortless. It’s hard to believe she has time to produce such stunning work when I drive by and see her laying in the grass with her baby playing or chasing after her children. How she does it all, I have no clue. Superwoman!! And a truely brilliant artist. Thank you.”
